Good-bye to Elder Loynes. I had the Elders wear towel bibs for the picture. Each week we have them come over for Planning Lunch. They love the food, and a little relaxation with fun stories. They love coming and we love these sons of Helaman!!

"When ye are in the service of your fellowmen..."
When people move from their apartments they are required to remove all of the paint and wallpaper from their walls. Hard to understand why. We scraped and pulled in one room for about 3-4 hours. There were 3 layers of paper on the walls. We were tired but glad to be of service. The single sister who lived here just could not have accomplished this alone without our help, and two Elders.

Elder Loynes, Ashan Habib, Elder Puriri share a moment before Ashan's Taufe. We celebrate with him as he is our first Taufe in the Frankfurt Mission that we are now located in. We closed our Berlin Mission with a Taufe, and now open this mission with another. These are two very hard working and dedicated Elders. Ashan will forever be grateful that they were where walking on the same street, and opened their mouths to preach the gospel of repentance.

Once again the waters of Baptism open to prepare this wonderful young man for eternal life! What a blessing this is to see Elder Puriri acting with the authority of the Priesthood powers, and Ashan Habib ready for this moment that brings him to the feet of the Savior, and to take the Savior's name upon him.

The Elders and Sisters in our Zone were also at Ashan's Taufe. The Baptism was planned on the very day we had our first Frankfurt Zone conference in our new mission.

We are so grateful that Elder Loynes and Elder Puriri found this wonderful young man. He readily excepted the lessons, and loves the Book of Mormon. He said that it was The Book of Mormon that gave him a testimony of the truthfulness of the Church.

Taking the steps toward the door of Eternal life. This is a day of celebration after working 10 months with Evelyn Schopp. She was baptized a member of Kirche Jesu Christi der Heilegen der Letzen Tage by Daniel her husband.
This is Christ's Church:
"This is my doctrine, and it is the doctrine which the Father hath given unto me...and I bear record that the Father commandeth all men, everywhere, to repent and believe in me.
And whoso believeth in me, and is baptized, the same shall be saved; and they are they who shall inherit the kingdom of God."
3 Ne 11: 32-33

We have been blessed with another Taufe for our branch here in Nordhausen. We first met this family just after we started our mission assignment here, and have enjoyed their preparation with helping the Elders in teaching them.

These are a few of die missionare that have worked with the Schopp family over the past 10 months. Some Elders have gone home, and some others have been transferred. From left: Elders Brechbuhl, Downing, Puriri, Loynes, Arnold. Today celebrates the many hours of lessons, faith, and prayers for this wonderful family.

Evelyn and Daniel with Grace and Mila. Evelyn's tauft today will unite this little family in the gospel plan, and bring her into The Kirche Jesu Christi der Heligen der Letzen Tage. This gate is open to all, and is God's plan to bring His children home to Him again. What a glorious day this was!

Grace, Mila, Jessica, Ben--these kinder are preparing to watch the baptism of Evelyn Schopp. These are the only kinder we have in our primary or PV.
