Hi Brother and Sister Muhlestein, This is Bill Gould. We went to a Regional Stake Conference yesterday at our Ward Building. A number of things were discussed: Attending the Temple, Temple Work, Genealogy, the Gathering of Zion, what and where Zion is, etc. It was a good meeting.
I am still without a Home Teaching Partner, but I have not missed a month since Brother Muhlestein and you went on your mission. Perhaps when you return, you will still be my Home Teaching Partner. I am still one of the Ward Organists and play this month.
I built new garden boxes, 14 in all. Marque Randall, Matt and Joseph Lyman, Josh Dukes, Michael Steel and two other friends of Marque's helped me move six (6) tons of garden mix into the new garden boxes. With that group it only took a little over an hour.
We went to Idaho for the funeral of my father's brother's wife two weeks ago. She was 95 when she died. It was good to see my cousins again after so many years; it was 50 years for most of them. We got home Sunday evening and the next night we were blessed with a new grand daughter, Ivy Lynn, Steve and Joni's new baby.
We are all doing well and so happy you are enjoying your mission. Don't need to tell you to keep up the good work, we know you will.
Your friend and sill Home Teaching partner and frind, Bill
We have always wanted to serve a mission together, and now we are "really" going. Our departure date is Sept. 7th. We have 4 incredible children, who in turn have given us 14 wonderful grandchildren. We love where we live, and have some outstanding friends. May you all be blessed with the "Fire of Faith" as we Walk with Christ--Talk of Christ--and Rejoice in Christ.
